Blogging: Week Two



I think I'm finally getting the hang of things with the blog.  It takes me 10-15 minutes to put together a post and the interface is becoming easier and easier to use.  There's so many thoughts I want to put on paper, and keeping them in order is testing my sanity. 


I'm enjoying trying to change as many lifestyles as I can with these free fitness and nutrition tips.  I hope my readers are trying to implement these changes in their lives.  In the future, I'm keen to hear about all the success stories.
