Healthy Recipes: Denver Scrambled Eggs


Ingredients:
Salt/Pepper
¼ diced onion
¼ diced green pepper
5 diced white mushrooms
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon shredded cheese

Drizzle oil into pan and turn stove to medium\high heat
Add onion, green pepper and mushrooms
Cook vegetables until soft
Add eggs and salt/pepper
Scramble eggs to desired consistency
Top with cheese and let it sit until cheese is melted and serve
