Healthy Recipes: Simple Greek Salad
Ingredients:
Salt/Pepper
1 cucumber
2 medium size tomatoes
¼ green pepper
¼ red pepper
¼ red onion
8 white mushrooms
5 whole black olives (optional)
1 tblspoon Renee’s Greek dressing
½ cup feta cheese
Chop cucumber, tomatoes, peppers, onion, mushrooms into bite sized squares
Combine all into a mixing bowl and add olives and feta cheese and dressing
Toss lightly and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Serve chilled
